A Dinner Out at Pita Mediterranean Street Food

While getting through our move, we have gotten to try some new restaurants nearby. This was definitely one of our favorites, so if you are local to the Orlando area its worth a try. We decided to get Greek fries, hummus, shawarma, gyro and a gyro bowl.

The fries were great and had a lot of flavor topped with feta, herbs, street sauce and house sauce. The hummus was pretty good, but we thought it could use a bit more oomph with garlic and seasoning. The shawarma was a great addition to our order.

This combination chicken and beef gyro was definitely made for those with a heartier appetite. Filled with lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, feta and tzatziki sauce, this gyro was rich and flavorful. The tzatziki was the perfect addition to cut through the richness of the beef and chicken.

The gyro bowl was pack full of flavor and was a deliciously filling meal. We added feta and olives to add some extra, but it would have been great as is. If you are looking for a new place to try we would totally recommend trying Pita Mediterranean Street Food.
