Instructions
Set the crock pot to high
Add in all the ingredients except the rice. Mix together and cover, cook until vegetables are tender. (About 2-3 hours)
Cook rice for the chili
Adjust seasoning and turn the crock pot off
Serve with rice and your choice of toppings and enjoy!
