Preheat the oven to 375 F. Season the veggies with paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, coriander, salt and pepper. Roast in the oven until tender, about 15 minutes.
Coat the steak with the herbs, salt and pepper.
Heat a saute pan on medium high, add in 1 Tbs oil and sear the steak on each side for 3-4 minutes. Cook to your preferred doneness.
