Ingredients

  • 10 oz steak halved
  • 1 Tbsp Basil chopped
  • 1/2 Tbsp Oregano chopped
  • 1/2 Tbsp Rosemary chopped
  • 2 each Potatoes diced
  • 1/4 each Broccoli florets
  • 2 each Carrots peeled and diced
  • 4 each Mushrooms quartered
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander
  • Olive Oil as needed
  • Salt as needed
  • Pepper as needed

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 F. Season the veggies with paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, coriander, salt and pepper. Roast in the oven until tender, about 15 minutes.
  • Coat the steak with the herbs, salt and pepper.
  • Heat a saute pan on medium high, add in 1 Tbs oil and sear the steak on each side for 3-4 minutes. Cook to your preferred doneness.
  • Serve steak over the veggies
  • Enjoy!
