Herb Crusted Steak with Roasted Vegetable Mix
Basil, thyme, oregano and rosemary give this steak an amazing herbal crust, rounded out by the heartiness of perfectly roasted root vegetables.

- Cutting Board
- Chef Knife
- Sheet Tray
- Saute Pan
- Tongs
- Heat resistant spoon/spatula
Ingredients
- 10 oz steak halved
- 1 Tbsp Basil chopped
- 1/2 Tbsp Oregano chopped
- 1/2 Tbsp Rosemary chopped
- 2 each Potatoes diced
- 1/4 each Broccoli florets
- 2 each Carrots peeled and diced
- 4 each Mushrooms quartered
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander
- Olive Oil as needed
- Salt as needed
- Pepper as needed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 F. Season the veggies with paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, coriander, salt and pepper. Roast in the oven until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Coat the steak with the herbs, salt and pepper.
- Heat a saute pan on medium high, add in 1 Tbs oil and sear the steak on each side for 3-4 minutes. Cook to your preferred doneness.
- Serve steak over the veggies
- Enjoy!
