  • Chef Knife
  • 2 Mixing bowls
  • Whisk


  • 1/2 each Cucumbers diced
  • 1 each Roma Tomato diced
  • 1/4 each Onion diced
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1/2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1.5 oz Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Basil chiffonade
  • 2 oz Olive Oil
  • Salt as needed
  • Pepper as needed
  • 2 oz Purple Cabbage shredded


  • Toss the cucumber, tomato, cabbage, basil and onion together in the first bowl.
  • Whisk together the garlic, dijon, vinegar and olive oil in a separate bowl. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  • Toss all the ingredients together and let marinate for 7-15 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!
