Bring a pot of water to a boil. Stir in the pasta and cook to aldente. Drain and toss with a bit of oil so it doesn’t stick together
Heat a sauce pan and add in the butter. Once melted whisk in the flour and make a roux. Whisk in the milk and bring to a simmer. A sauce like consistency should start to occur. Start stirring in the cheese and goat cheese. Season sauce, toss in the pasta and veggies, and adjust the seasoning if needed.

If goat cheese is not your preference you could use cream cheese.
