Bing a pot with the milk, water, salt, pepper, rosemary and thyme to a boil. Whisk in polenta and let cook on medium low, about 5 mins. Polenta should thicken. Stir polenta and add in the goat cheese. Adjust seasoning and pull off heat
Rub steak with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Heat a pan and sear steak on each side 3 minutes. Cook to your preferred doneness.
Heat a saute pan, add in 1 Tbs olive oil, and toss in onion. Cook 3 minutes and then add in zucchini and squash. Season with salt and pepper. Cook 3-4 minutes, veggies should be tender. remove from heat.
