How long does it take to see results?
Depending on how closely you follow the plan some results will be quicker than others, but they all require taking action. It has been said that it can take 21-65 days to break and build a habit, so in order for cooking at home to be easier you have to be pretty consistent and patient.
What if it doesn’t work for me?
These plans aren’t for everyone but they are for a lot of people, so giving it a try for a month or two is definitely worth a shot. Not only can it get you to try something new, but it can also teach you more about yourself. Our meal plans are a monthly subscription that you can start or end when you want.
If you want to stop your subscription we only ask that you do it before your next auto payment schedule, but if you miss it don’t worry we will help you out.
I’ve seen similar stuff in the past—what makes this different?
Our goal is to not only simplify healthy living, but to also be there with you along the way. Because of this we offer all the things other sites offer with the plans, recipes and shopping lists as well as walk through videos and additional resources to help you along the way.
What if I don’t have much time to spend on it right now?
That’s ok, we aren’t going anywhere so come by when you have more time to focus on it or when you are ready. Something we do pride ourselves on is how quick and simple our meal plans are so recipes are usually not more than 30 minutes to make.
Will it be a good fit for me?
