Ingredients
 
 

  • 10 oz Steak
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 bag Salad Greens your choice
  • 1 each Carrot peeled, sliced
  • 1 each Tomato quartered and sliced
  • 3 each Radish sliced
  • 1/2 Tbsp Dill chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 oz Roasted Red Peppers chopped
  • 3 oz Red Wine Vinegar
  • 4 oz Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 Tbsp Honey
  • Salt as needed
  • Pepper as needed

Instructions
 

  • Season the steak with onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Sear on each side of a saute pan and cook to your preferred doneness
  • For the vinaigrette blend the oil, vinegar, dill, garlic, roasted red pepper, honey, dijon, salt and pepper
  • Toss the salad greens and veggies together. Dress to serve and top with sliced steak.
  • Enjoy!
