
Roasted Red Pepper Steak Salad
Roasted red peppers lend a smokey quality that perfectly compliments the seared steak in this delicious salad.
Equipment
- Cutting Board
- Chef Knife
- Saute Pan
- 2 Mixing bowls
- Tongs
- Whisk
Ingredients
- 10 oz Steak
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 bag Salad Greens your choice
- 1 each Carrot peeled, sliced
- 1 each Tomato quartered and sliced
- 3 each Radish sliced
- 1/2 Tbsp Dill chopped
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 oz Roasted Red Peppers chopped
- 3 oz Red Wine Vinegar
- 4 oz Olive Oil
- 1/2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 Tbsp Honey
- Salt as needed
- Pepper as needed
Instructions
- Season the steak with onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Sear on each side of a saute pan and cook to your preferred doneness
- For the vinaigrette blend the oil, vinegar, dill, garlic, roasted red pepper, honey, dijon, salt and pepper
- Toss the salad greens and veggies together. Dress to serve and top with sliced steak.
