Turkey Wrap Lunch

This kid-friendly lunch includes an easy turkey wrap filled with turkey breast, cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes. The wrap is rolled up for easy handling. Alongside the wrap, there's cut fruits, carrots with ranch, pretzels, and a chocolate chip cookie.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 each Tortillas your choice on size
  • 10 slices Turkey Deli Meat
  • 4 slices Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 leaves Romaine Lettuce washed
  • 2 each Tomatoes sliced
  • 2 cups Fruit grapes, apples, oranges or melon
  • 4 each Carrots wash, peel, cut into sticks
  • Ranch Dressing As Needed
  • 2 cups Pretzels
  • 4 each Chocolate Chip Cookies store bought or homemade

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Turkey Wrap by laying out the tortillas or wraps. Spread a thin layer of your preferred condiment on each tortilla.
  • Place 2-3 slices of turkey breast on each tortilla, followed by a slice of cheese. Add lettuce leaves and sliced tomatoes on top.
  • Roll up the tortillas tightly, starting from one side and folding in the edges as you go. Cut each wrap diagonally into halves or into smaller pinwheels if desired.
  • For the Cut Fruit, wash and prepare the fruits of your choice. Cut larger fruits into bite-sized pieces if needed. Arrange the fruit in a sectioned container or small individual containers.
  • Peel and cut the carrots into sticks. Serve them with a side of ranch dressing for dipping. You can use small dipping cups or portion out the dressing into individual containers.
  • Place the pretzels in a small bowl or portion them into individual snack bags. Do the same with the chocolate chip cookies.
  • Arrange the Turkey Wrap, Cut Fruit, Carrots with Ranch, Pretzels, and Chocolate Chip Cookie in a lunchbox or on individual plates.

Gluten Free:

Use an alternative type of egg free cookie. Double check all ingredients while shopping to make sure they are free of cross contamination.
Soy Free:
Use an alternative type of dressing for the carrots. Double check all ingredients while shopping to make sure they are free of cross contamination.
