Notes for the Recipes:
Chicken Fajitas: For gluten free use corn tortillas. For vegetarian take out the chicken and use more vegetables. For dairy free leave out the sour cream.
Shrimp Tacos: For gluten free use corn tortillas. Shrimp can be replaced with beef or chicken if needed.
Veggie Enchiladas: For gluten free use corn tortillas. For dairy free leave out the cheese or use a vegan alternative.
