Short Ribs: For dairy free use a butter substitute and almond milk. For gluten free use a gluten free soy sauce.

Ginger Chicken: For gluten free use a gluten free soy sauce.

Beef Stir Fry: For gluten free use a gluten free soy sauce. For low carb leave out the rice and use more veggies.

Veggie Lo Mein: For gluten free use a gluten free soy sauce and gluten free pasta.

Lettuce Wraps: For gluten free use a gluten free soy sauce.
