Winter Menus

Winter season starts December 21st until March 19th. Vegetables in season are cabbage, brussel sprouts, winter squash, potatoes, onions, beets, celery root, carrots, turnips, rutabagas, parsnips, sweet potatoes, leafy greens, escarole, fennel, and radicchio. Fruits in season are citrus and pomegranates.
