Notes for the Recipes:
For this weeks menu some of the items will be made within the same recipe. The chicken tacos are a crock pot meal so they will take longer to cook and the portion is double so that half can be saved for the chicken tortilla soup further along in the week. The vinaigrette made for the chicken tacos will also be used for the southwest salad.
Chicken Tacos : for Gluten Free use corn tortillas and Low Carb take out the tortillas and make it a taco salad by adding in more salad greens.
Spiced Beans: for Low Carb you can use riced cauliflower.
Steak Fajita Skillet: for Low Carb you can replace the tortillas for cauliflower rice.
