Red Beans and Rice: the kidney beans will need to be soaked overnight and cooked in the crockpot. For Low Carb use cauliflower rice instead of rice.
Tomato Bisque : for Dairy Free take out the cheese and cream.
Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya: for Low Carb you can replace the rice for cauliflower rice.
Shrimp and Grits: for Low Carb take out the grits and use extra veggies instead.
