Notes for the Recipes:
Sweet Potato Chili : Use chicken stock to make this chili vegan.
Shepherds Pie: for Low carb swap the potato for cauliflower puree, for gluten free use rice flour.
Spaghetti: for Low carb and gluten free replace the pasta with veggie noodles .
BBQ Chicken: for Low Carb you can replace the baked potato with roasted cauliflower.
Garden Chicken Salad: for vegan replace the chicken with beans or tofu.
