Notes for the Recipes:
Roasted Chicken With Cranberry: For gluten free use rice flour. For dairy free use oil instead of butter.
Potato Leek Soup: for Low carb the potatoes could be replaced with cauliflower. For dairy free replace the butter with oil and take out the cheese
Spaghetti Squash Spaghetti: For dairy free take out the parmesan
