Notes for the Recipes:
Pasta Puttanesca : For gluten free use lentil or chickpea pasta. For more protein, chicken can be added.
Chicken Picatta: for Low carb swap the rice for cauliflower rice. For dairy free just take out the butter.
Salmon Nicoise: for Low carb take out the potatoes. If you don’t like salmon it could be replaced with steak.
Chickpea Bowl: for Low Carb you can swap the chickpeas for chicken and add some cauliflower.
Pesto Salmon: for low carb take out the sweet potato. If you don’t like salmon it could be replaced with steak or chicken.
