Pot Roast : for Low Carb you can replace the potatoes with extra carrots and celery.
Orange Chicken Stir Fry: for Gluten Free you can use gluten free soy sauce, for Low Carb you can use riced cauliflower.
Chicken Pesto Pasta: for Gluten Free replace the pasta with a gluten free pasta, for Low Carb replace the pasta with spiralized or julienned vegetables.
